Human skin imprint as an inspiration, caries a meaning of preciousness of human life, its impermanence, identity, DNA code, emotion and tradition.

Jewels in general or as a parable have among other characteristics, one very specific. They are worn and handed over (from mother to daughter or sun), from one owner to the next owner. Continuing certain tradition. Body and skin, they belong to a personal tradition of abiding and thinking.

I have used parts of body, where we usually wear jewelry, and made them in jewels. So we put ourselves or others on us, as genuinely as we can in a form of a jewel.

Cast of a finger makes a ring, precious stones highlight the feeling of value.

I played with a thought that we are a jewel.
